EN 30 Why You Feel Stuck Or Overwhelmed

19/04/2026

Do you ever feel stuck… overwhelmed… or disconnected from yourself — even when everything seems "fine" on the outside? What if the real reason is not in your mind… but in your body? And what if the key to feeling free, calm, and truly alive again is something we've simply forgotten how to access?

🎙️ Today on #JanaTalk, I'm very happy to welcome Rebecca Hanscombe — shamanic practitioner and founder of the School of Ecstatic Movement. Rebecca works with people around the world, helping them reconnect with their bodies, release stored emotions, and move beyond overthinking, stress, and inner blocks.

Her approach combines movement, emotional awareness, and deep inner work — creating transformation that is not only understood, but truly felt. Because sometimes… thinking more is not the answer. Sometimes, the real shift begins when we stop analyzing — and start listening to the body.

The body remembers what the mind tries to forget. Emotions don't disappear — they just move deeper into the body. When we suppress emotions, we don't heal them — we store them. Movement allows emotions to move — that's why it's so powerful.

About the guest: Rebecca Hanscombe

Rebecca Hanscombe is a shamanic practitioner and the founder of the School of Ecstatic Movement, a platform dedicated to helping people reconnect with themselves through the wisdom of the body, movement and emotional awareness.

Her work focuses on guiding individuals out of overthinking, stress and disconnection, and back into a deeper sense of presence, authenticity and inner freedom. Through her approach, she helps people access parts of themselves that are often hidden beneath layers of control, suppressed emotions and everyday pressure.

Rebecca's journey into this field is rooted in her own personal experience of transformation. Through reconnecting with her body, she discovered that many of the answers we are searching for cannot be found through thinking alone, but through feeling, movement and direct experience.

Throughout her work, Rebecca supports people in releasing stored emotions, processing inner blocks and reconnecting with their natural state of aliveness. She believes that the body holds not only our past experiences, but also the intelligence and capacity to heal, when given the right space and attention.

Through the School of Ecstatic Movement, Rebecca offers workshops, group sessions and immersive experiences designed to help people move beyond limitations and rediscover a deeper connection to themselves and their inner world.

Rebecca helps people return to themselves in a way that is not only understood, but truly felt.
