About the guest: Jane Jones

Jane Jones is a senior instructor of the Wim Hof Method and part of the Official Wim Hof Method Center in France, where she works directly alongside Wim Hof and the core team. Since discovering the method in 2019, she has integrated it into her daily life and now leads workshops, retreats, and seminars, guiding others through breathwork, cold exposure, and mindset training.

What began as curiosity soon became a transformative personal practice. Through consistent application of the Wim Hof Method, Jane navigated profound life challenges, including grief, physical injury, and hormonal imbalances. Rather than approaching health through force or suppression, she learned to work with the nervous system — building resilience, inner safety, and long-term vitality.

With a particular passion for supporting women, Jane also speaks openly about hormonal health, menopause, and how breath and cold exposure can help restore balance naturally and safely. Her approach is practical, consistent, and accessible — focused on sustainable integration rather than extremes.

Through her teaching, Jane inspires people to reconnect with their innate strength, build resilience from within, and discover that healing often begins with something as simple — and powerful — as the next conscious breath.
