06 Awaken the Power Within

06.07.2025

What if your inner power has been within you all along — just waiting to be awakened?
Have you ever felt torn between different worlds, cultures, or identities?
And what if reconnecting with who you truly are could change everything?

🎙In this episode of #JanaTalk, I'm deeply honored to welcome an inspiring guest — Stefanie Goertz — a woman who beautifully bridges two cultures and worlds. ✨

Stefanie is half Guatemalan and half German. She works as a project coordinator at the University of Potsdam, is a certified horse-assisted coach, and a true bridge-builder between Guatemala and Germany. She has lived and worked across the United States, the UK, and Germany, deeply reconnecting with her Guatemalan roots along the way.

Today, she supports future teachers in preparing for a more multicultural, conscious, and connected world. And yet, her journey goes far beyond titles and roles…

Living between cultures taught me how to listen more deeply. Different cultures don't divide us — they expand us.

About the guest: Stefanie Goertz

Stefanie Goertz is a project coordinator at the University of Potsdam, a certified horse-assisted coach, and a bridge-builder between cultures, people, and inner worlds.

Born into two cultures — Guatemalan and German — Stefanie has lived and worked across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany. Through her personal journey, she deeply reconnected with her Guatemalan roots and developed a strong sensitivity to multicultural identity, belonging, and authenticity.

Alongside her academic work, Stefanie supports individuals and future educators in developing greater self-awareness, intuition, and inner strength. Through horse-assisted coaching, she helps people reconnect with presence, emotional honesty, and their inner power — guided by the quiet wisdom and sensitivity of horses.

Stefanie's work is rooted in the belief that true power comes from authenticity, connection, and trust in oneself. Her story is an invitation to remember the strength that has always been within.
